Synopsis

Cathy is a upper-middle class girl who lives in an old building, Wuthering Heights, in London, with her womanising brother Hindley. She is a passionate singer/song writer who has dreams of becoming a star. Heathcliff, Cathy’s long time lover is the buildings maintenance man, his passion whole heartedly and simply is Cathy. Life for the two lovers is whimsical, full of passion and adventure. But things for the two begin to turn when Cathy’s curiosity gets the better of her and the couple find themselves in ‘The Grange’ one of London’s most popular and exclusive clubs. Owned and run by brother and sister Eddie and Isobel Linton. To Heathcliff’s fury Cathy finds herself sought after in more ways than one. Things continue to unravel as Cathy pursues her quest for fame. Her best friend Nelly is supportive but grounded as she endeavours to keep both of Cathy’s feet on the ground. Both feeling the torture of each other’s selfishness and neither willing to compromise, Cathy and Heathcliff find themselves caught up in the winds of unbalance. Cathy begins to write a song, a song she claims will make her a star, but little does she know she is writing her final melody. Heathcliff with the raging need to avenge himself finds he is haunted by the very thing he envied by the very one that he loves.
